I would like to remind you (users) to read this "CokePLUS User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully before registering as a CokePLUS user to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this agreement. Unless you accept all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to register, log in or use the services covered by this agreement. Your registration, login, use, etc. will be regarded as acceptance of this agreement, and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations of the "network" service (hereinafter referred to as the "service") between CokePLUS and the user. "Users" refer to individuals who register, log in, and use this service. CokePLUS has the right to update the content of the agreement. Once the updated agreement terms are announced, they will replace the original agreement terms without prior notice.

Sing in
  1. Users need to register a "CokePLUS" account before using this service. The "CokePLUS" account should be registered with the mailbox binding. Users are requested to register the "CokePLUS" account with the mailbox that has not been bound to other "CokePLUS" accounts and has not been blocked by CokePLUS in accordance with this agreement. CokePLUS reserves the right to change the method of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs without prior notice.
  2. If the registration applicant has a precedent for being banned by CokePLUS or is suspected of false registration and abuse of registration in the name of another person, and other reasons for not being able to obtain permission, CokePLUS has the right to refuse to provide services to him.
account security
  1. Once the user has successfully registered and become a CokePLUS user, he will get a user name and password, and have the right to log in to CokePLUS at any time with his own username and password.
  2. The user is fully responsible for the security of the account and password, and at the same time is fully responsible for all activities and events carried out with his account 。
  3. CokePLUS shall not disclose the user's personal privacy and information without the user's permission 。
  4. If the user's password is leaked or the security of the user's password is threatened for any other reason, you should contact the customer service staff of CokePLUS in time, otherwise you will be responsible for the consequences.
User declaration and guarantee
  1. Users must have full civil capacity and the ability to conclude transactions and fulfill their obligations. Users in mainland are prohibited from using it. Once discovered, the use will be suspended.
  2. Any content created, uploaded, copied, published, and disseminated by users through the use of CokePLUS, including but not limited to account avatars, names, user descriptions and other registration information and authentication materials, or text, voice, pictures, videos, Sending, replying and related link pages of pictures and texts, as well as other content generated by using the account or this service, must not violate the relevant legal systems of each country, including but not limited to the following principles:
    • Oppose the basic principles established by the constitution
    • Endanger the security of each country, leak the secrets of each country, subvert the power of each country, and undermine the unity of each country
    • Damage to the honor and interests of various countries
    • Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity
    • Undermine the religious policies of various countries and promote cults and feudal superstitions
    • Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability
    • Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abet crime
    • Insult or slander others, infringe on the legal rights and interests of others
    • Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations
  3. Users shall not use the "CokePLUS" account or this service to produce, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content that interferes with normal operations and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
    • Contains any sexual or sexual suggestion
    • Contains abusive, intimidating, or threatening content
    • Contains harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information
    • Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others
    • Infringe on the legal rights of others' reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.
    • Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties
Service content
  1. The specific service content of CokePLUS is provided by CokePLUS according to the actual situation, including but not limited to:
    • Online consulting service
    • Network Proxy Service
  2. All announcements and other messages sent to the user can be sent through the mailbox or the contact information provided by the user.
  3. This site has no refund mechanism and does not accept refund requests. New registered users please try it first.
  4. User package time description, each month is calculated based on 30 days, starting from the purchase date. If the quarter is 30 days*3, the half-year is 30 days*6, and the year is 365 days, the flow will be reset 3 times in the quarter, 6 times in the half-year, and 12 times in the year.
  5. The long-term package starts from the purchase date and is reset every 30 days. If purchased beyond 0:00 on the same day, the traffic will be reset at 0:00 on the next day. For example: if you purchase a CokePLUS annual membership at 1 a.m. on September 10, the next reset date will start at 0 a.m. on October 11, and so on.
Termination of service
  1. Under the following circumstances, CokePLUS has the right to terminate the provision of services to users:
    • The user violates the relevant provisions of this service agreement
    • If the "CokePLUS" service has not been used for more than half a year, CokePLUS has the right to terminate the provision of services to users and no longer retain user-related data
    • Users are not allowed to spread content that violates the provisions of this agreement through the "CokePLUS" service. Once discovered, CokePLUS has the right to withhold the amount in the account
    • When the terms of service are terminated or updated, the user clearly expresses his unwillingness to accept the new terms of service
    • Other situations where CokePLUS believes that the service needs to be terminated
  2. After the service is terminated, CokePLUS has no obligation to retain any information in or related to the original account for the user.
Service changes and interruptions
  1. In view of the particularity of network services, users need to agree that CokePLUS will change or interrupt some or all of the network services, and delete (no longer save) any information submitted by the user during use, without notifying the user or making any complaints. The user or any third party bears any responsibility.
  2. CokePLUS needs to regularly or irregularly check or update the platform that provides network services, causing network services to be interrupted within a reasonable time. CokePLUS is obliged to notify in advance. In addition, CokePLUS does not need to bear this. Any responsibility.
Modification of Terms of Service
  1. CokePLUS has the right to modify any content of these terms of service at any time. Once any content of these terms of service changes, CokePLUS will prompt users to modify the content in an appropriate way.
  2. If you do not agree with the updates and changes made by CokePLUS to these terms of service, the user has the right to stop using the CokePLUS service.
  3. If the user continues to use the network service, it will be deemed that the user has accepted the modification of the terms of service made by CokePLUS.
Disclaimer and Compensation Statement
  1. If CokePLUS has clearly stated that its service provision method has changed and reminded the user to pay attention to matters, all consequences arising from the user's failure to operate as required under such circumstances shall be borne by the user.
  2. The user expressly agrees that the risks of using CokePLUS will be entirely borne by him, and all consequences arising from his use of CokePLUS shall also be borne by him.
  3. The user agrees to protect and maintain the interests of CokePLUS and other users, due to the user’s use of CokePLUS for illegal, untrue, improper, infringement of the lawful rights and interests of third parties, or the user’s violation of any terms under this agreement. The user agrees to be liable for damages caused by CokePLUS and any other third parties.
Privacy Statement
  1. Scope of application:
    • Personal registration information provided upon request when the user registers for a CokePLUS account
    • When the user uses CokePLUS or visits its related webpages, CokePLUS automatically receives and records the server values 'on the user's browser, including but not limited to data such as IP addresses and webpage records requested by the user
  2. Information use:
    • CokePLUS will not sell or lend the user’s personal information to anyone unless the user’s permission is obtained in advance
    • CokePLUS also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate users' personal information by any means. If any user engages in the above activities, once discovered, CokePLUS has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user and seize his account
    • In order to achieve the purpose of serving users, CokePLUS may provide users with services through the use of users’ personal information, including but not limited to sending users product and service information
  3. Information disclosure: The user's personal information will be partially or fully disclosed under the following circumstances
    • Disclosure to a third party with the consent of the user
    • Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial institutions in accordance with relevant provisions of the law or requirements of administrative or judicial institutions
    • If users violate relevant Chinese laws or website policies, they need to disclose to a third party
    • For the bank account information provided by the user when using CokePLUS, CokePLUS will strictly fulfill the relevant confidentiality agreement
Other
  1. CokePLUS solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt CokePLUS from liability and limit user rights. Users are requested to read carefully and consider risks independently. Minors should read this agreement accompanied by a legal guardian.
  2. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to CokePLUS, and all interpretation and modification rights are reserved.
  3. This agreement will be applicable from now on January 1, 2022.
